在全球范围内的贫富差距持续拉大,全球性危机日益升温,多元文化价值规范、政治实践相互碰撞和激烈冲突的背景下,人类如何共存成为自20世纪80年代以来一直持续至今、方兴未艾的一个紧迫的政治议题。从构建人类命运共同体的视域出发,全球性问题的解决有赖于一种新型的全球正义理论、新型的全球治理、新型的人类文明,人类命运共同体思想的世界历史意义也必将随着这一解决全球性问题的中国智慧、中国方案所发挥的越来越积极的作用而不断呈现。

Since the middle of the 20th century, along with the widening gap between the rich and the poor in the global range , the growing global crisis, the intensifying conflict between multicultural values and political practices, how can humans live together becomes a pressing political issue since the 1980s. From the perspective of building a communiU of shared future for mankind, the solution of global problems depends on a new theory of global justice, new global governance and new human civilization.The world historical significance of the idea of a communiU of shared future for mankind will also be constantly emerged along with the increas- ing positive role played by the Chinese wisdom and the Chinese solution to this global problem.
