“一带一路”框架下我国非政府组织国际化策略探讨

当前我国的"一带一路"倡议为正在蓬勃兴起的非政府组织提供了发展的空间和成长的契机。与此同时,由于"一带一路"沿线国家情况复杂、局势多变、文化差异大、各方势力阻挠等因素的存在,我国非政府组织想要通过"一带一路"的平台实现国际化发展,要在看到机遇的同时看清挑战的存在。引用企业组织常用的"SWOT分析法"为我国非政府组织的国际化发展进行初步的战略决策分析,以期我国非政府组织获得合理的发展思路和变革方向,从而在动荡的国际局势中谋求更多的生存和发展空间。

At present, the Belt and Road Initiative provides the developing space and growth opportunities for the non-governmental organizations（NGOs. At the same time, because of the complex and changeable situation, and great cultural differences and multiple obstacles, if China’s NGOs want to achieve international development through the development platform built by The Belt and Road Initiative, they mustn’t rely on temporary enthusiasm. They should recognize the existence of challenges while see opportunities. They should not only know their advantages, but also shortcomings. Therefore, this article uses the “SWOT analysis” commonly used by enterprise organizations to make preliminary strategic decision analysis for the internationalization of China＇s NGOs. It is hoped that our NGOs will have a reasonable development direction, so as to seek more room for survival and development in the turbulent international situation.
