监狱安全管理是一项系统工程,依据传统的治理手段已经不能适应监管安全形势的变化。以人为本,强化数据专家队伍建设;明确要义,突出治本安全观的导向功能;精准方法,完善监狱安全治理体系,是大数据时代监狱安全管理的基本路径。基于此,通过智能化的数据分析、研判和预警系统,寻求监狱安全管理的精细化数据决策依据,这是大数据时代监狱安全管理的必然选择。本文即是在大数据的时代背景下,结合监管安全工作的现状和发展趋势,针对监狱安全管理工作的信息化对策提出一些改革的理念和管理的方法,以期为监狱安全保障提供可行性措施。
