公安院校“文化育人”创新培养路径研究

A Study on Innovative Training Approach to Cultural Education in Public Security Colleges

公安院校大学生即将担当维护社会大局稳定、促进社会公平正义、保障人民安居乐业的神圣使命。他们的理想信念、文化素养和精神境界直接决定着公安队伍的整体素质、持久战斗力和潜在影响力。基于习近平总书记在《从决战到胜利》中所提出的最新文化建设理论,深刻剖析了文化、中国文化、文化自觉、文化自信的丰富内涵,重点阐释了公安高等教育者在唤醒学生中国文化自觉意识(前提)、夯实文化自信力(保障)、开拓文化创新能力(动力)、继承文化担当重任(目标)的一系列"文化育人"行动中应当采取全视角、多元化、层级递进式的培养路径。

The college students of the police academy are bound to shoulder the sacred mission in maintaining social stability, promoting social equality and justice, and ensuring people’s welfare. Their convictions, cultural attainments and spiritual realms will determine the whole quality, enduring combat effectiveness and potential impact of the public security troops. The article analyzes the abundant connotation of culture, Chinese culture, cultural self-consciousness, and cultural confidence as well based on the brand-new cultural construction theory put forward by the General Secretary Xi Jinping, stressing that educators in public security institutions should adopt whole-perspective, multiple and progressive training approach to awake the quasi-policemen’s Chinese cultural self-consciousness （premise） , stabilize cultural confidence （protection）, pioneer cultural innovation capabilities （impetus）, and eventually inherit cultural responsibility （objective）.
