作为学术期刊实现数字出版和网络传播的技术平台,网络平台建设对于促进网络出版和数字转型意义重大。国内外学术期刊大型数据库是典型的网络出版平台。国内外学术期刊大型信息数据库平台既有共同之处,也存在一定的区别。我国学术期刊数字出版中网络平台可以采取三种基本模式:集中型网络平台、独立型网络平台和联合型网络平台。各种模式存在自身的优势和问题,学术期刊出版者应当根据自身的特点和情况选择合适的网络平台发展模式。

As a technical platform for the digital publishing and network dissemination of academic journals, the construction of network platform is of great significance to the promotion of network publishing and digital transformation. The large-scale database of academic journals at home and abroad is a typical network publishing platform. The large information database platform of academic journals at home and abroad has both common points and some differences. In the digital publishing of academic journals in our country, three basic models can be adopted： centralized network platform, independent network platform and joint network platform. Each mode has its own advantages and problems. Academic periodical publishers should choose the appropriate development mode of network platform according to their own specific and circumstances.
