焦岗湖碳与叶绿素a的时空分布及相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 叶绿素a是反映的重要指标,其变化规律及其影响因素分析,为湖泊的生态修复提供重要的科学依据。基于2016年8月和2017年1月13个点位,两个航次的监测数据,对焦岗湖碳与叶绿素a的时空分布特征,叶绿素a与碳含量、总硬度的相关性进行研究。结果显示,焦岗湖水IC对TC贡献率较高,达到79%以上,TOC平均含量在8mg·L-1内;夏季和冬季碳时空分布无显著性差异(P>0.05),叶绿素a时空分布差异显著(P<0.05);相关性分析表明,IC与叶绿素a、TOC呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与TC和总硬度呈极显著正相关(P≤0.01);叶绿素a与总硬度呈显著负相关(P≤0.05),与TOC相关性不显著;总硬度和TC呈极显著正相关(P≤0.01)。 chlorophyll a is the important indicator to show the lake eutrophication level and the analysis of its change features and influential factors would provide important scientific reference for lake ecological remediation. Based on the monitoring data of two voyages and 13 points in August 2016 and January 2017, the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of carbon content and chlorophyll a in Jiaogang Lake were studied, and the correlation between inorganic carbon and chlorophyll a was analyzed. The results showed that the contribution rate of IC to TC was higher, with the rate being more than 79%and the average content of TOC less than 8mg/L, and the content of TC in winter was higher. There was no significant difference in the spatial and temporal distribution of carbon content between summer and winter ( P 〉0.05), and the spatial and temporal distribution of chlorophyll a was significant ( P 〈0.05). The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between IC and chlorophyll a and TOC ( P ≤0.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between IC and TC and total hardness ( P ≤0.01); chlorophyll a was negatively correlated with total hardness ( P ≤0.05) while not significantly correlated with TOC; and there was a significantly positive correlation between the total hardness and TC ( P ≤0.01).
