浸润性乳腺癌超声及造影表现与P63及Calponin的相关性

Correlation Between Ultrasound and Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound Features of Invasive Breast Cancer and P63 as well as Calponin

目的分析浸润性乳腺癌常规超声及超声造影特征与P63及Calponin表达的相关性。资料与方法回顾性分析2016年11月—2017年6月重庆医科大学附属第二医院超声科30例术前行乳腺肿块常规超声检查及超声造影,术后经病理诊断为浸润性乳腺癌患者的临床资料及其P63、Calponin免疫组化结果。分析浸润性乳腺癌超声定性及定量指标与P63及Calponin表达的相关性。结果边缘毛刺征与P63表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。增强后直径增大与Calponin表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微钙化灶及峰值强度与P63及Calponin表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而与肿块后方回声衰减、血流分级、同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大、穿支血管、局灶性充盈缺损、灌注模式与P63及Calponin表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论浸润性乳腺癌常规超声及超声造影指标与P63及Calponin的表达具有显著差异,可为浸润性乳腺癌患者的个性化治疗及预后判断提供参考。

Purpose To investigate the correlation between conventional ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound features of invasive breast cancer and expression of P63 as well as Calponin. Materials and Methods Clinical data and immunohistochemistry results of thirty patients who were diagnosed as invasive breast cancer confirmed by preoperative conventional ultrasound examination and ultrasonic imaging of breast masses and postoperative pathology from November 2016 to June 2017 in Department of Ultrasound, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. Correlation between qualitative and quantitative indexes of invasive breast cancer ultrasound and expression of P63 as well as Calponin was analyzed. Results Differences of spicule sign and P63 expression were of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Differences of diameter expansion after enhancement and calponin expression were of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Microcalcification and peak strength and expression of P63 and calponin were of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Echo attenuation behind masses, flow grades, axillary adenopathy on the same side, perforator vessel, local filling defect, instillation pattern and expression of P63 and calponin were of no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Indexes of conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic imaging of invasive breast cancer and expression of P63 and Calponin are of significant difference, providing reference to individualized treatment and prognosis judgement of patients with invasive breast cancer.
