摘要
电机学实训环节的落实是电气工程"卓越工程师教育培养计划"人才培养质量的重要保障。针对目前该课程企业实训难以落实、校内实训缺乏针对性等问题,结合学校新建的电机与控制实验室,在更新实训实验项目、强化仿真实验项目、突出学生创新实践能力培养、加强过程性考核等方面积极探索。通过项目实施,有效保障了电机学课程的实训质量,激发了学生自主学习的热情,取得了很好的实施效果。
The implementation of practical training in Electrical Engineering is an important guarantee to ensure the quality of personnel training in "Excellent Engineer" program of Electrical Engineering. Facing with the problems such as the difficulty in carrying out enterprise training and the lack of pertinence in school practical training of this course, the newly-built electric machinery and control laboratory is utilized to explore from several aspects, namely, the design of electrical engineering training project, the training mode of the students' creative practice ability and the process assessment. Through the implementation of the project, the practical training quality of the course of electrical science is effectively guaranteed, and the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning is aroused with a very sound implementation effect obtained.
