专业是高校人才培养的载体,课程是专业建设的核心要素。阐述了职业能力与职业能力结构的内涵,以南京信息职业技术学院为例,基于冰山模型理论分析在智能制造背景下先进制造装备技术类专业群的职业能力结构,围绕专业群各专业核心岗位的工作领域,整合序化职业能力指标,依此构建了底层共享、中层分立、高层互选的专业群课程体系,包括职业素质平台课、专业基础平台课、专业方向模块课、专业拓展模块课,凸显了学校在拓展新专业或专业方向方面的集群优势。

Specialty is the carrier of talent training in universities, and curriculum is the core element of a specialty. The connotation of vocational ability and vocational ability structure is expounded. Taking Nanjing College of Information and Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the professional competence structure of advanced manufacturing equipment technology specialty group based on iceberg model theory. Focusing on the field of professional core posts in the professional group, integrating and ordering the professional ability index, the curriculum system of the bottom sharing, the middle level separation and the high level selection of the professional group is built. The curriculum system includes professional quality platform, professional basic platform, professional direction module and professional development module, which highlights the adaptability of the professional group, and has brought into play the cluster advantages of the professional group in expanding the new professional （or professional direction）.
