摘要
通过对"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的理解与思考,结合我校环境工程专业"卓越计划"的实施与探索,强化了"卓越计划"对工程理念的培养与提升,形成了以企业为导向、工程为核心的培养体系,强调了追求工程技能卓越的同时,注重追求卓越精神的塑造,以促进工科学生工程人才培养模式的探索和实施。
By comprehension and consideration on ＂Excellent Engineer Plan＂, combined with implementing and exploring on EEP of Environmental Engineer major of Dalian Jiaotong University by cooperation between university and enterprise, intensified the ideas and upgrading of EEP, we formatted a cultivation systems which met the employment needs of enterprise, and with the engineer was the core. The EEP emphasizes the description of excellent spirits and pursuit excellent engineering skills. So we can promote the exploring and implement of talent training pattern with engineering students.
