摘要 新工科建设是主动应对新一轮科技革命的战略行动,它对工程科技人才的培养提出了更高要求。对重庆大学光电工程学院全日制专业型硕士的培养情况进行调查发现:专业型硕士培养过程中仍然存在学生满意度不高、对工程实践能力培养重视不够的问题。以工程项目为背景,探索在工程项目依托下的工科专硕培养模式,着力提高专业硕士的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力,对于工程应用型专业硕士人才的培养具有一定的参考意义。 The construction of new engineering is a strategic action to actively respond to the new round of scientific and technological revolutions. It raises higher requirements for the training of engineering talents. A survey of full-time professional masters at the Institute of optoelectronic engineering of Chongqing University found that there are still problems in the cultivation of professional masters with low student satisfaction and insufficient attention to engineering practice. Therefore, this paper explores the model of engineering master training based on the engineering project, which endeavors to improve the professional engineering consciousness, engineering quality and engineering practice ability of engineering masters, it has a certain reference significance for the training of engineering professional master.
