温敏型鼻用原位凝胶的研究进展

Research Progress on Thermo-responsive In Situ Gel for Nasal Delivery

鼻用原位凝胶作为一种新型给药方式,不仅能避免肝脏的首关效应和胃肠道的降解,且具有使用方便、与黏膜组织亲和力强、滞留时间长等优势。本文综述了近年温敏型鼻用原位凝胶的研究,并对其目前存在的问题及在中药中的应用进行了探讨,以冀为该剂型的研究提供参考。

In the last decade in situ gel has emerged as a novel approach in intranasal delivery of drugs, which possess the advantages of avoiding the frst-pass effect of liver and degradation by gastrointestinal tract, as well as convenient use, high affinity with mucosal tissue and long retention time. In this paper we present recent developments on thermo-responsive in situ gel for nasal delivery, and discuss the existing problems including the application in traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide some reference for the research of this dosage form.
