"边关"作为我国历史上的历史记忆和实物标志,而边关内外生活着一部分跨境民族。他们国家性政治归属的"家园"做区隔;又把他们族群性文化归属的"家园"做连接;如何在"边关"建设好家园,是摆在国家与国家、民族与民族、族群与族群之间共同的事务。借助"命运共同体"的概念,在边关之上,在边境的两侧,在边疆地区,相关国家、相关民族、相关族群、相关人群都存在历史上和现实中"命运"相共的关系和事务。

Inside and outside the＂Frontier Pass＂which is regarded as a historical memory and a physical symbol in the history of China live some cross-border ethnic groups.These ethnic groups are separated from the＂homeland＂with national political affiliation,but are also connected by‘homeland’with their ethnic culture belongs.So how to build well a homeland on the＂Frontier Pass＂becomes a common issue between the countries,the nations,and the ethnic groups.Under the concept of＂destiny community＂,there exist common＂destiny＂relations and affairs on the＂Frontier Pass＂,on both sides of the border,in the border areas,among related countries,nations,and ethnic groups historically and realistically.
