摘要
监视数据的融合处理是整个空管自动化系统的基础。本文重点研究了NUMEN3000自动化系统对雷达和ADS-B这2种监视数据的融合处理方法,对单路航迹、合成航迹和综合航迹的处理方法进行了论述。对沈阳区管新增ADS-B监视数据参与融合时出现的目标分裂问题进行了分析,提出了高度过滤、降低航班号权重、设置丢弃阀值的解决方案,最终解决了由于目标分裂产生的短期冲突告警的问题。
The fusion of the monitoring data is the basis in the ATC automation system. This paper focuses on the fusion processing method of theRadar and ADS-B monitoring data in the NUMEN3000 ATC automation system, and discusses the processing methods of the single track, synthetictrack and integrated track. This paper analyzes the problem of target splitting when the ADS-B monitoring data is involved in the fusion of themonitoring data in the Shenyang area control center. This paper proposes a solution that is setting height threshold、 reducing the ACID weights andsetting the discard threshold. Finally, the problem of short-term conflict alarms due to target splitting is solved.
