中年人心理幸福感与运动享受、社会关爱关系研究

A Study of the Relationship between Psychological Well-being,Sports Enjoyment and Social Care in Middle-aged People

为了解长春市中年人幸福感与运动享受、社会关爱的关系,运用社会关爱量表、运动享受量表、幸福感量表对长春市中年人运动享受、社会关爱与幸福感进行调查,并运用相关分析、回归分析等统计手段进行数理统计分析.结果表明:家人关爱、朋友关爱与运动享受、幸福感呈现显著正相关,医疗关爱与运动享受、幸福感相关性不显著.家人关爱、朋友关爱、运动享受对于幸福感预测效果显著.

To understand the relationship between happiness, sports enjoyment and social care in mid die aged people in Changchun, the social care scale, sports enjoyment scale, and happiness scale are used to investigate the sports enjoyment, social care and happiness of middle aged people in Chang chun City, and statistical analysis is carried out by using statistical methods such as correlation analy sis and regression analysis. The results show that family care and friend care are significantly positively correlated with sports enjoyment and happiness while medical care is not. Family care, friend care, and exercise enjoyment have a significant effect on happiness predication.
