产学研背景下地方本科院校“应用型”体育人才的培养模式研究

Study on the Training Mode of “Application-oriented” Sports Talents in Local Universities under the Background of Industry-University-Research Cooperation

运用文献资料、逻辑分析、实地考察等研究方法,对产学研背景下地方本科体育院校"应用型"体育人才培养模式进行研究,分析地方本科体育院校应用型体育人才培养存在的主要问题,提出地方本科体育院校产学研结合培养应用型体育人才的4种模式,即校企合作"学徒制"培养模式、"产+学+研"一体化培养模式、校企联合"短期合作"培养模式和"签约型"合作培养模式等,并针对当前地方本科院校体育人才的培养提出建议,希望能为培养出更多的优秀体育人才提供参考.

By methods of literature, logic analysis, field research, etc., this paper studies the training mode of application-oriented sports talents in local undergraduate sports colleges under the background of industry-university-research cooperation, and analyzes the main problems in the training of applied sports talents in local undergraduate sports colleges. It proposes four modes of combining industry, university and research of local undergraduate sports colleges to train applied sports talents, namely, the “apprenticeship” training mode of school-enterprise cooperation, the “industry ＋ university ＋ research” integrated training mode, the school-enterprise joint “short-term cooperation” training mode and the “contract-type” cooperative training mode, and puts forward the strategies for the current local sports colleges and universities, hoping to provide reference for the cultivation of more outstanding sports talents.
