高能聚焦超声联合肝动脉灌注化疗治疗胰头癌的临床疗效 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺癌恶性程度高,起病隐匿,早期诊断困难,进展快、治愈率低、病死率高。多数失去手术机会,尤其胰头癌多见。临床常用化疗、生物治疗等方法进行治疗,但临床研究表明单一化疗效果不能令人满意,目前临床上多采取几种方法联合治疗,如化疗联合生物治疗、放化疗联合和高能聚焦超声（HIFU）联合化疗治疗,HIFU是将体外分散发射的超声波聚焦至肿瘤中,所产生的热效应使肿瘤细胞发生凝固坏死.
