基于双调谐高频放大器的应用

摘要 调谐放大器的调谐回路可以是单调谐回路,也可以是由两个回路相耦合的双调谐回路。双调谐回路谐振放大器广泛应用于各类无线电发射机的高频放大级和接收机的高频与中频放大级,目的是对高频小信号进行线性放大。在接收机中,主要用来对微弱的高频信号进行不失真的放大,在发射机中主要用来放大射频功率。通过对双调谐回路谐振放大器的分析和测试,利用变容二极管在不同调谐电压下具有不同的容量,可以达到选谐的目的,提高了电路的抗干扰性。 The tuning circuit of the tuned amplifier can be either a single tuning circuit or a double tuning circuit coupled by two circuits. Dual tuned loop resonant amplifier is widely used in the high frequency amplifier stage of various radio transmitters and the high frequency and intermediate frequency amplifier stage of receivers. The purpose of this amplifier is to amplify the high frequency small signal linearly. In the receiver, it is mainly used to amplify the weak high-frequency signal without distortion. In the transmitter, it is mainly used to amplify the RF power. Through the analysis and test of the resonant amplifier with double tuning circuits, it is found that the capacitance of the varactor diode is different under different tuning voltages, so the purpose of choosing the harmonic can be achieved and the anti-interference ability of the circuit can be improved.
