摘要 国家及地方政府出台了一系列装配式建筑发展的政策,以预制装配式方式建造的住宅,迎来了新的发展时期。BIM技术与信息技术结合,建立三维参数化模型,对预制构件进行预搭、拆分及深化设计,实现了基于BIM的建筑工程规划、设计、施工、运行维护的全生命周期管理,推动了装配式建筑工业化发展,促进了住宅产业化与信息工业化的深度融合。 The national and local governments have issued a series of policies for the development of prefabricated buildings.The housing built in prefabricated mode has ushered in a new development period .With the combination of BIM technology and information technology, and the three dimensional parametric model is established to preset setting,split and deepen the design of prefabricated components.The whole life cycle management of building engineering planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance based on BIM is realized.It promotes the development of prefabricated buildings industrialization and the deep integration of housing industrialization and information industrialization.
