摘要
养老健康服务随着人口老龄化的加剧而日益受到关注。医学人文关怀关爱患者、敬畏生命,在养老健康服务中发挥着重要的作用。为了切实提高慢性病患者养老健康服务的质量,医务人员可借鉴国外人文关怀的经验;关爱老年人心理健康,多维度构建其心灵家园;培育老年人的自助精神,增加健康源动力;积极发挥医学院校的作用以竭诚服务老年人;探索推进医养护一体化的医疗服务模式。
Elderly health care service has attracted more and more attention with aggravation of the population aging. Medical humanistic care cares for the patients and reveres life, and plays an important role in the elderly health care service. In order to improve the quality of elderly health care service for patients with chronic disease, medical staff can learn from foreign experience of humanistic care; care for the mental health of the elderly and construct their spiritual home in multi dimensions; cultivate the self-help spirit of the elderly and increase the motive force of health; actively play the role of medical colleges to serve the elderly wholeheartedly; and explore the medical service mode to promote the integration of medical care.
