摘要
面向医学生开设的医学伦理学课程其首要目的在于培养学生在临床情境下进行伦理学分析的能力,而这些均是为了临床实践和患者的健康福祉,故加强课程的应用性十分必要。围绕医学生的培养目标,提出医学伦理学课程应围绕临床实践中常见的和迫切需要解决的伦理问题展开。通过文献回顾、问卷与访谈,及课程论文等形式归纳临床实践中的伦理问题,整理真实案例并将其用于教学。在此基础上,从真实案例、开课时间和课程融合等三方面提出建议供临床专业医学伦理学教学参考。
The primary purpose of the medical ethics course for medical students is to develop students ability to conduct ethical analysis in clinical situations, which are all for clinical practice and the health and well-being of patients, so it is necessary to strengthen the applicability of the course. Focusing on the training objectives of medical students, it is proposed that the medical ethics course should spread focusing on the ethical issues that are common and urgently needed to be solved in clinical practice. This paper summarized the ethical issues in clinical practice through literature review, questionnaires and interviews and course papers, compiled real cases and used this for teaching. On this basis, this paper put forward suggestions for clinical medical ethics teaching reference from three aspects of real case, start time and curriculum integration.
