新常态下海西主体经济区体育产业空间布局与优化研究

Spatial Layout Optimization of Sports Industry for the Main Strait Economic Zone Under the New Normality

我国社会改革与发展逐步进入经济换挡、结构优化和创新驱动的新常态时代,新的经济态势和政治环境将共同推进体育产业发展。以地理经济学和生态经济学相关理论为依据,采用专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,分析和筛选出海西主体经济区体育产业在空间布局中的3个一级指标,即布局经济性、布局密度和发展潜力;布局成本、区域保障、开发力度、社会基础、区域交通和潜在购买力等6个2级指标;自然资源、人文资源、政策与档、地均GDP、人口密度等11个三级指标。整合整体概况,提出建构"两级四圈三带"的海西主体区体育产业空间战略布局概念模型。

Social reform and development in China has gradually entered the economic shift,structural optimization and innovation driven new normal times,the new economic situation and political environment will jointly promote the development of sports industry. This paper adopts expert interview law and the GIS space analysis that appropriateness,density and development potential of sport industry based on geo-economics and eco-economics. Three first grade index,six second grade index,eleven third grade index were established. The first one included appropriateness,intensity,and development potential,second included cost,regional security,development policy,social basis,transportation and ability of purchase,and third included natural resources,cultural resources,policies and documents,GDP and population density,etc. Integration of the overall situation,which draws on the relevant theoretical knowledge of geography and ecology,which put forward the construction of ＂ two levels of four circle three zones＂ in the strategic layout of the sports industry space of strait economic zone.
