英国职业足球联赛运营模式研究与反思

采用文献资料等研究方法对英国职业足球运作模式进行深入分析,研究发现:英国金字塔职业足球联赛中,上层联赛由俱乐部发起组建,基层联赛由英国足协负责组建;联赛商业运动除电视转播权和冠名权外,均由各俱乐部独立运行;足球后备人才培养在普及的基础上形成了各俱乐部自身的青训体系。反思中国职业联赛:要明确职业足球俱乐部在联赛中的主体地位,理顺职业联赛与足协的关系,建立确保俱乐部利益的商业运作模式,以及完善后备人才培养机制。

The thesis aims to mode a deep analysis in English football oporation mode by several methods,like the methods of documents. And it turns out that in Britain pyramid professional football legue,the Top League is initiated by the Club; the Grassroots league is organized by the British Football Association; commercial activities except the television rights and naming rights and naming rights are aperated independently by each club; the cultivation of prospective sports talents has formed distinct youth system on the basis of the popularity. And the enlightenment to our country is that making clear the dominant position of the professional sports clubs in the league; making clear the relationship between the League and the Football Association; eastablishing business mode to ensure the interests of the club ad perfecting the mechanism of the succession planning.
