摘要
基于精益生产原理,对传统服装生产流水线进行优化,采用"后拉式"生产方法,提高了生产效率;采用"单件流"生产方式,缩短了生产周期。精益生产可消除瓶颈工序,精简作业人数,提高生产平衡率,为服装企业生产的转型升级提供新的视野和思路。
Based on lean production theory, traditional garment production line was optimized. The back pull production method was used to improve the production efficiency, and the single piece flow production method was used to shorten the production cycle. The lean production could eliminate the bottleneck process, simplify the number of workers and improve the production balance rate, which provides new vision and idea for transformation and upgrading of the garment enterprises.
