国内ICU获得性衰弱相关文献的计量学分析及SCI文献研究热点的可视化分析

Quantitative analysis of ICU acquired weakness related literatures in China and visual analysis of research hotspots of SCI literatures

[目的]系统分析国内重症监护室(ICU)获得性衰弱文献的计量学特点和SCI文献的研究热点,判断相关研究的发展趋势。[方法]国内文献:在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中检索与ICU获得性衰弱相关的文献,分析文献的发表年份、发表期刊、研究机构、基金、文献类型、研究内容等;SCI文献:通过检索"Web of Science TM核心合集"ICU获得性衰弱相关文献,借助CiteSpace(5.1.R8版本)软件进行图谱绘制。[结果]国内文献:共纳入中文文献94篇,2007年─2017年ICU获得性衰弱文献数量明显增加;文献期刊分布排名前5位的均为护理类核心期刊;文献类型以综述为主(36.2%)。SCI文献:高频关键词中热点人群有ICU病人、危重症病人、机械通气病人;疾病的热点问题有呼吸窘迫综合征、危重症多神经病、败血症、肌病、危重症肌病。[结论]ICU获得性衰弱在国内护理学科的被重视程度逐渐加强,研究内容逐渐丰富,但尚缺乏循证实践研究,可参考国外ICU获得性衰弱研究的热点人群和热点疾病进行进一步研究。

Objective： To systematically analyze the metrological characteristics of domestic intensive care unit acquired weakness related literatures and research hotspots of SCI literatures,in order to determine the development trend of relevant studies. Methods： Domestic literatures：Literatures related to ICU acquired weakness were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang database and CBM,and the published years,published journals,research institutions,funds,literature types and research contents were analyzed.SCI literatures：ICU acquired weakness related literatures were searched in ＂Web of Science TM core ＂, and the map was drawn by Citespace （5.1.R8 version）. Results： ①Domestic literature：94 articles were included in the Chinese literature in 2007—2017,ICU acquired weakness literature number increased significantly.The top 5 journals in the distribution of literatures were all the core journals of nursing.Literature types were mainly reviews（36.2%）.SCI literature：ICU patients,critical patients,mechanical ventilation patients were the hot populations in high frequency keywords.The hot problems of the disease included respiratory distress syndrome, critical,polyneuropathy,sepsis, myopathy and critical myopathy. Conclusion： The importance of ICU acquired weakness had been gradually strengthened in the domestic nursing discipline,and the research content had been gradually enriched.There was still a lack of evidence based practical research.Further studies could be made by referring to the hot populations and hot diseases in the study of ICU acquired weakness abroad.
