摘要
试验采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,研究砧木、激素种类及激素浓度对月季"小伊甸园"嫁接后扦插生根的影响,以期筛选一套较优的扦插方案,为月季优良品种的扩繁提供一定理论基础。结果表明:以无刺蔷薇为砧木、IBA浓度500mg/L处理的插条效果最好,3个因素影响的主次顺序为砧木>激素种类>激素质量浓度。
In order to screen a set of the optimal cutting method that can provide certain theoretical basis forcutting propagation of superior rose varieties,orthogonal experiment L9 （34） method was used to analyze the effect ofdifferent hormone,hormone concentrations and rootstock on rooting cutting of CL.Mini Eden after grafting.The resultshowed that the cuttings with no thorn rose as the rootstock and IBA with 500 mg/L concentration had the besteffect and the influence order was rootstock〉hormone type〉hormone mass concentration.
