摘要 基于领导成员交换(LMX)理论,将情绪劳动置于组织情境中进行探讨。通过对中西方组织情境下领导成员交换(LMX)的特点分析,将上下级作为情绪劳动的研究对象,从强度、目的、状态、规则和范围五个方面对中西方组织中上下级间的情绪劳动进行差异分析,进而归纳总结组织情境下情绪劳动的本土化特点,为情绪劳动的本土化理论研究进行探索。 Based on the leader-member exchange(LMX) theory, emotional labor is studied in the organizational context. Through the characteristic analysis of LMX in Chinese and western organizations, this study discusses the differences of emotional labor in Chinese and Western organizations from five aspects of strength, objective, state, rules and scope, taking superiors-subordinates as the research objects. More over, it summarizes the localization characteristics of emotional labor in Chinese organization, which is an exploration of theoretical study on localization of emotional labor.
