摘要 目的:探讨不同温度和持续时间对体外精子活力的影响。方法:采用自身前后对照法,在知情同意原则下,将30份正常育龄期男性精液标本分别置于17℃、26℃、30℃、37℃4个不同温度点下,于10min、25 min、40 min、60min 4个不同时间点,使用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)技术观察前向运动精子浓度的前后变化情况,从而分析温度、时间与精子活力之间的关系。结果:在同一时间点,30份精液标本的平均前向运动精子浓度与温度呈线性相关,当温度在26℃时前向运动精子浓度最高(P<0.05);在同一温度下,平均前向运动精子浓度与时间同样呈线性相关,当时间处于40min时,平均前向运动精子浓度最高(P<0.05)。结论:准确把握精子在不同温度和不同时间下的活力,能够提高精液检查中对精子质量判断的准确性,对指导精液处理技术有一定的参考价值。 Objective: To investigate the effect of different temperature and time of duration on sperm motility in vitro. Methods: The self-control study was used in the research,with the principle of informed consent. The semen samples of 30 healthy males at child-bearing age were optimized which were placed in the platform of four different temperatures (17 ℃,26 ℃,30 ℃,37 ℃),for the 10 min,25 min,40 min,and 60 min respectively.The condition of semen liquefaction,the p H value of seminal plasma,the concentration of sperm and the changes in sperm concentration before and after exercise and the other indexes were observed by using computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) technique in order to analyze the relationship between temperature,time of duration and sperm motility. Results: At the same time of duration,the average forward sperm concentration were parabola changed with the temperature,where the average forward sperm concentration was the highest at 26 ℃ (P〈 0. 05). At the same temperature,the average forward concentration of sperm was parabola changed with time of duration,where the average forward concentration reached the highest at 40 min (P〈 0. 05). Conclusions: Accurate control of sperm vitality at different temperatures and different time of duration can improve the accuracy of sperm quality judgment in semen examination,which has certain reference value for guiding semen processing technology.
