摘要
对水泥作胶凝材料固化铬渣进行了研究。首先硫酸亚铁溶液与铬渣搅拌 ,然后再加入粉煤灰、水泥、矿渣等 ,部分还原的六价铬转换为三价铬被固定在水泥基质中。研究结果表明 ,这样得到的固化体六价铬浸出毒性低于国家标准 ,抗压强度可达 30MPa以上 ,能用于建材。本实验还考虑日晒。
Stabilization of chromium residue using cement as binders was investigated in this paper. Ferrous sulfate solution firstly and then coal fly ash followed by cement and furnace slag were mixed with chromium residue to partly reduce Cr(Ⅵ) into Cr\+\{3+\} so that the toxic chromium can be fixed and stabilized in the matrix of stabilized products. It was found that Cr(Ⅵ) toxicity of the stabilized products thus obtained was lower than that set up by the national standard and their compress pressures reach above 30MPa and may be used as building materials. Other factors such as different granularity, leaching time and solarization on toxicity of the products are also discussed.
