摘要
铣削参数的选择对铣削时间、质量和成本等均有着重要的影响。以铣削加工的主轴转速、进给速度和铣削宽度作为优化变量,建立了以实际铣削能耗和铣削时间为目标的多目标优化模型,并采用粒子群优化算法进行求解,最后进行了实际铣削加工,得到了最优参数下的铣削时间和铣削能耗。
The choice of milling parameters has an important influence on milling time, quality and cost. Taking the spindle speed ,feed speed and milling width as optinfization variables, a multi -objective optinfization model is set up with the actual milling energy consumption and milling time. The PSO is used to solve the optinfization model. Finally, the actual milling process is carried out, and the milling time and milling energy consumption under the optimal parameters are obtained.
