Measures for Water Conservancy to Support High-Quality Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

面对高质量发展新的形势与要求,认真梳理了长江流域水利发展的现状与问题,从加强水生态环境保护与修复、完善防洪减灾体系、提升水资源保障能力、统筹加强流域综合管理等四个方面提出了水利支撑长江经济带高质量发展的对策与建议。

Facing the new situation and requirements of high-quality development, the authors have carefully sorted out the status quo and problems in the water conservancy development in the Yangtze River Basin, and proposed measures and recommendations for water conservancy to support the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in terms of water ecological environment protection and restoration, flood control and disaster mitigation systems, water resources security capacity, and integrated river basin management.
