风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Awareness in Nursing Management of Operation Room

目的:探讨风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年8月-2017年6月在本院接受治疗的手术患者400例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组,各200例。对照组行基础性护理管理,如药物治疗、心理疏导、营养支持、健康常识宣教及监测生命体征等,试验组行风险意识管理,对比两组的风险事件发生、风险因素认知、护理满意度情况。结果:试验组风险事件发生率为1.5%,明显低于对照组的7.0%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=7.43,P=0.00)。试验组风险因素认知度为97.5%,明显高于对照组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=9.60,P=0.00)。试验组护理满意度为99.0%,明显高于对照组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=15.58,P=0.00)。结论:风险意识管理可有效降低风险事件的发生,并提升患者风险因素认知及护理满意度,因此,在临床中能够大力实践、推广。

Objective：To explore the application effect of risk awareness in the nursing management of operation room.Method：A total of 400 patients who undergone surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,200 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing management,such as drug therapy, psychological counseling,nutritional support,health knowledge education and monitoring of vital signs,the experimental group was given risk awareness management.The occurrence of risk events,risk factor cognition and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was 1.5%,which was significantly lower than 7.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（X^2=7.43,P=0.00）.The awareness rate of risk factors in the experimental group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 90.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（X^2=9.60,P=0.00）.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 99.0%,which was significantly higher than 90.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（X^2=15.58,P=0.00）.Conclusion：Risk awareness management can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events and improve the risk factors cognition of patients and nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it can be strongly practiced and promoted in clinical practice.
