经直肠实时组织弹性成像用于前列腺良恶性病变诊断研究进展

Progress in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Prostate Lesions by Transrectal Real-time Tissue Elastic Imaging

前列腺肿瘤是指由于家族遗传、高动物脂肪的饮食习惯以及不良的日常作息导致出现尿频、尿急、排尿困难,严重者可导致出现肾衰竭危及生命安全。随着前列腺肿瘤发病率的增高,前列腺良恶性病变诊断的技术也随之提高,目前常用的技术包括对疑似患者进行直肠指诊,或者PSA血清筛查以及前列腺系统活检等方法。本文主要探讨经直肠实时组织弹性成像用于前列腺良恶性病变诊断研究进展,并给予综述。

Prostate neoplasms refer to the occurrence of frequent urination,dysuria,and severe renal failure due to family heredity,high animal fat eating habits and poor daily routine.With the increasing incidence of prostate tumors,the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate lesions is also improved,the commonly used techniques include rectal digital diagnosis,PSA serological screening and prostate system biopsy.This article mainly discusses the progress of transrectal real-time tissue elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.
