摘要
40年的改革开放以及互联网等信息技术的兴起,CMNEs的国际化环境发生了巨大变化,一些独特的国际化模式正在涌现。回顾了西方发达国家企业、新兴市场企业的国际化理论,对照梳理了CMNEs国际化的新理论特征,最后认为网络关系是当下CMNEs国际化的重要动力承载,并提出了以"网络嵌入–资源连接"为核心的CMNEs国际化新模式。
With the development of 40 years of China＇s reform and opening-up and the rise of informationtechnology such as the Internet, the internationalized environment of CMNEs has taken great changes, and someunique internationalization models are emerging. We reviews the internationalization theories of enterprises in bothwestern developed countries and emerging markets, and compares the new theoretical characteristics of CMNEsinternationalization. We think that the network relationship is an important power-bearing of the current CMNEsinternationalization, and we put forward a new CMNEs internationalization model based on “networkembeddedness - resource connection”.
