口腔门诊龈上洁治患者牙刷选择及相关因素调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Toothbrush Selection and Related Factors in Patients with Supragingival Scaling in Dental Outpatient Clinic

目的:了解口腔门诊龈上洁治患者牙刷种类选择及相关因素状况,为制订科学有效的口腔保健措施提供参考依据。方法:选取2017年8-10月来南方医科大学口腔医院进行牙周龈上洁治166例患者为研究对象,利用自制的调查表调查其牙刷种类的选择及相关因素,收集整理数据并进行分析。分析选择手动、电动或两者合一组,软毛与硬毛牙刷组,牙刷更换频率组与性别、年龄阶段、文化程度、收入的关系。结果:男女人群选择手动、电动或两者合一比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);软毛与硬毛牙刷选择、牙刷更换频率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄段、文化程度、年收入各人群选择手动、电动或两者合一中、软毛与硬毛、牙刷更换频率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:居民口腔健康素养水平和健康行为情况均有不同程度改善。电动牙刷在各人群中使用率较低,在口腔健康宣教需重点加强;软毛牙刷使用率与≤3个月更换牙刷率低在年幼与年长者、年收入低的人群尤其明显,口腔健康宣教时需重点加强。

Objective：To understand the selection of toothbrush types and the related factors in the supragingival scaling of oral clinics,and provide reference for formulating scientific and effective oral health care measures.Method：A total of 166 patients with supragingival scaling were selected from August to October 2017 in the Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University to investigate the selection of toothbrush types and related factors with self-made questionnaire and collect and analyze the data.The relationship between manual, electric or both groups,soft and bristle toothbrush group,toothbrush replacement frequency group and sex,age, education level and income were analyzed.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in the choice of manual and electric toothbrush,or a combination between the male and female（P〉0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in the frequency of toothbrush replacement in the selection of soft and bristle toothbrushes （P〈0.05）.Age,educational levels and annual income groups choose manual,electric toothbrush or both,there were statistical differences in soft and bristle toothbrushes and toothbrush replacement frequencies（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The residents’ oral health literacy levels and health behaviors have different degrees of improvement. The use rate of electric toothbrushes in various populations is low,and the emphasis on oral health education needs to be strengthened.The use of soft-bristled toothbrushes and the replacement of toothbrushes with a rate of less than or equal to 3 months are particularly noticeable in young people and senior citizens,and people with low annual incomes need to focus on oral health education.
