基于微信平台的延续护理指导对系统性红斑狼疮患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及生命质量的影响

Influence of Continuous Nursing Guidance Based on WeChat Platform on Anxiety,Depression and Quality of Life of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:分析基于微信平台的延续性护理措施对系统性红斑狼疮患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1-12月期间本院收治的诊断为系统性红斑狼疮的患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组在出院时以及出院后在常规出院健康指导的基础上接受基于微信平台的延续性护理指导,对照组仅接受常规的出院健康教育与常规电话随访,分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和SF-36量表对患者出院时及出院后两个月的焦虑、抑郁情绪及生命质量评分进行评定。结果:各个变量在不同人口学上的差异分析结果发现,在性别这一维度上,本研究中男15例,女65例,且女性的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,两组的生命质量、HAMD和HAMA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院两个月后,观察组的各项生命质量评分均明显高于对照组,HAMD和HAMA评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延续性护理指导可以有效缓解系统性红斑狼疮患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,并可以提高其生命质量。

Objective：To analyze the influence of continuous nursing measures based on WeChat platform on anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Method：A total of 80 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was received continuous nursing guidance based on WeChat platform on the basis of routine discharge health guidance at discharge and after discharge,the control group was only received routine discharge health education and routine telephone follow-up.The patients were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD）,Hamilton Anxiety Scale（ HAMA） and SF-36 Scale respectively.Anxiety,depression and quality of life scores were assessed at discharge and two months after discharge.Result：The analysis results of the variables in different demographics statistics showed that in gender dimension,there were 15 males and 65 females in this study,and the scores of anxiety and depression in females were significantly higher than those in males,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in quality of life,HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups at discharge （P〉0.05）;after discharge two months,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of HAMD and HAMA were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous nursing guidance based on WeChat platform can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and improve their quality of life.
