一种知识专业化决策模型的演化研究

Research On A Knowledge Specialization Decision Model

过于强调组织利益和缺乏对知识主体经济情况的研究,导致很多激励手段难以提高知识个体的知识专业化积极性。针对这些问题,提出从知识个体的"消费利益最大化"视角,分析知识主体在进行知识专业化决策过程中的关键点问题-知识专业化成本函数与消费比较优势指数的计算。最后,引入经济学中的边际效用理论,构建了基于边际效用函数的知识专业化决策模型,分析时间成本与知识专业化决策结果的影响关系。仿真结果表明,知识主体的知识专业化发展曲线和经济水平对知识专业化决策有着重要的影响作用,为制定完善的激励政策促进知识专业化提供了可靠的参考依据。

Excessive emphasis on organizational interests and lack of research about knowledge body＇s economic condition led to little effect of incentives. To solve these problems, maximization of personal consumption benefit is proposed in the paper. Calculations of knowledge specialization cost function and consumption comparative advantage index are discussed,which are the key points in the process of knowledge specialization decision. Finally, marginal utility theory is introduced and a knowledge specialized decision model based on marginal utility function is built. The relationship between time cost and result of knowledge specialization decision is analyzed. The results of simulation show that knowledge body’ s knowledge specialization curve and economic condition have great influence on knowledge specialization decision, which provide reliable reference for making perfect incentive policy knowledge specialization to promote knowledge specialization.
