乙肝五项检测与HBV-DNA定量的相关性在乙型肝炎诊断中的应用分析

目的:探究乙肝五项检测与HBV-DNA定量之间的关系,以探究其在乙型肝炎诊断中的应用。方法:将从2016年8月至2017年8月在我院肝病科就诊的164例患者作为研究对象,分别对164例患者进行乙肝五项和HBV-DNA检测,以分析其对乙型肝炎诊断中的应用。结果:在17例HBc Ab阳性患者中,检测出3例患者存在着乙肝前S1抗原阳性。这说明HBeAg阴性患者在HBeAb阴性、阳性条件下均存在着病毒复制风险。在76例HBeAg、HBsAg及抗HBc阳性标本的检测中HBV-DNA和乙肝前S1抗原检出率分别为85.53%和78.95%;在43例HBsAg、抗HBe、抗HBc阳性标本中HBV-DNA和乙肝前S1抗原检出率分别为51.16%和60.47%。在96例HBeAg阳性中,HBV-DNA阳性检出率为85.42%,乙肝前S1抗原阳性检出率为79.17%。结论:乙肝五项检测与HBV-DNA定量检测对乙型肝炎的临床诊断有着重要的意义。

Objective：To explore the relationship between hepatitis B detection and HBV-DNA quantification to explore its application in the diagnosis of hepatitis B.Method：From August 2016to August 2017,164 patients in the Department of Hepatology of the author,s hospital were selected as subjects.Hepatitis B and HBV-DNA tests were performed on 164 patients to analyze Hepatitis B.Application in diagnosis.Result： Among the 17 HBcAb-positive patients,3 patients were clinically diagnosed with pre-H1 S1 antigen positive,indicating that HBeAg-negative patients are at risk of viral replication under HBeAb negative and positive conditions.In 76 HBeAg,HBsAg and anti HBc positive specimens,the detection rates of HBV-DNA and HBV preS1 antigen were 85.53% and 78.95%,respectively.The detectable rates of HBV-DNA and HBV preS1 antigen were 51.16% and 60.47% in 43 HBsAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc positive specimens,respectively.In 96 cases of HBeAg positive,the positive rate of HBV-DNA positive was 85.42%,and the positive rate of pre-hepatitis B S1 antigen was 79.17%.Conclusion： Hepatitis B detection and HBV-DNA quantitative detection have important significance for the clinical diagnosis of hepatitis B.
