支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术治疗声带息肉的效果及预后评价

The Effect and Prognosis Evaluation of Vocal Polyp Removal by Laryngoscope in the Treatment of Vocal Polyps

目的:探讨声带息肉患者行显微支撑喉镜下摘除术的治疗效果,评定临床价值。方法:选入笔者所在医院于2016年1月-2017年12月所接收的声带息肉患者60例,采用随机数字表法的形式将其平均分成试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组患者行显微支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术治疗,对照组患者行纤维喉镜下声带息肉摘除术治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率。结果:试验组患者有效25例(83.33%),好转3例(10.00%),总有效率93.33%;对照组患者有效20例(66.67%),好转2例(6.66%),总有效率73.33%;组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微镜下支撑喉镜下切除声带息肉治疗,其临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者嗓音,安全性高。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of microlaryngoscope removal for vocal cord polyps.Method： A total of 60 patients with vocal cord polyps received in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into experimental and control groups by random digital,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with vocal cord polyp removal under the microscope support laryngoscope,and the patients in the control group were treated with vocal polyp removal under the fiberoptic laryngoscope,and the total clinical efficiency was compared between the two groups.Result： The patients in the experimental group were effective in 25 cases（83.33%） and improved in 3 cases（10.00%）,total effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group were effective in 20 cases（66.67%） and improved in 2 cases（6.66%）,total effective rate was 73.33%,and the experimental group was superior to the control group with significant statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of vocal cord polyps under the laryngoscope under the operating microscope is effective,and it can obviously improve the voice and safety of patients.
