摘要
目的:探究核医学科检查中应用人性化护理的临床价值。方法:选取核医学科检查患者100例为本次研究对象,时间为2015年1月-2017年10月,根据随机化法分为两组,其中试验组实施人性化护理,对照组则实施常规护理,对比两组核医学科检查患者护理结果的差异性。结果:试验组检查知识掌握合格率、检查配合优良率、检查满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:核医学科检查患者在检查中接受人性化护理,能够提高其对检查知识的了解程度,更加积极配合检查操作,提升其满意度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the improvement of patient satisfaction in nuclear medicine.Method:One hundred patients from the department of nuclear medicine were selected as subjects for this study.The time of the study was from January 2015 to October 2017.The randomization method was divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with humanized care and the control group was implemented routine care.Compared the differences in care outcomes between two groups of nuclear medicine patients.Result:The rate of passing knowledge,excellent rate of examination and examination,and satisfactory rate of examination in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Patients undergoing nuclear medicine examinations receive humanized care during examinations,which can increase their understanding of examination knowledge,and actively cooperate with examinations to improve their satisfaction.
