交互式音乐疗法辅助康复训练在脑卒中康复治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Interactive Music Therapy Assisted Rehabilitation Training in Stroke Rehabilitation

目的:评估交互式音乐干预对脑卒中恢复期患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及认知功能的改善效果。方法:病患来源从2016年1月-2018年1月,从笔者所在医院存在认知功能损害脑卒中的住院病患共收集80例。利用乱数表分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复训练和促智药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合交互式音乐疗法。于治疗前、治疗4周后,采用HAMA14、HAMD24及Mo CA量表评定两组患者焦虑、抑郁和认知功能。结果:治疗后两组患者抑郁、焦虑发生率均降低,且观察组抑郁、焦虑发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者注意力评分、记忆力评分、Mo CA总评分均提高,观察组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交互式音乐治疗的介入有助于缓解脑卒中恢复期患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪、改善认知功能。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of interactive music intervention on anxiety,depression and cognitive function in patients with stroke recovery.Method： From January 2016 to January 2018,a total of 80 patients were hospitalized from patients with cognitive impairment in our hospital.The chaotic number table was used to divide into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training and psychotropic drugs,and the observation group was combined with interactive music therapy on the basis of the control group.Before,and after 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMA14, HAMD24,and MoCA scales were used to assess anxiety,depression,and cognitive function in both groups.Result： The incidence of depression and anxiety decreased in both groups after treatment,and the incidence of depression and anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the attention score,memory score,and MoCA total score of the two groups showed an increase.There were significant differences in the observation group before and after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The intervention of interactive music therapy can help relieve anxiety and depression and improve cognitive function in patients with stroke recovery.
