摘要 国际工程本土化发展应在劳动力组织模式、承包模式、管理模式等方面进行系统配置,同时因地制宜地优化设计、施工方案,使其更适应于国际工程本土化操作,助力项目本土化实施快速发展。对于项目所在国完全无法适应本土化进程的国际工程,应考虑在海外第三国建设劳务基地,以降低工程实施成本,增加企业国际竞争力。 The localization of international engineering should be systematically arranged in the aspects of labor organization mode, contracting mode and management mode. At the same time, the design and construction plan should be optimized according to local conditions, in order to be more adapted to the localization operation of international projects and help the localization of projects quickly developed. For international projects where the project country is completely unable to adapt to the localization process, it is necessary to consider building a labor base in a third overseas country to reduce project implementation costs and increase the company's international competitive advantage.
