协同处置城镇污泥水泥窑窑尾电改袋的设计与应用

摘要 大连水泥集团5 000t/d水泥生产线利用水泥窑协同处置城镇污泥,其窑尾废气的成分复杂,含有多种污染物。针对窑尾废气特点,将原电收尘器改造为袋收尘器,采用玻纤覆膜滤袋并对壳体采取防腐措施。 The 5 000t/d cement production line of Dalian Cement Group uses cement kiln to dispose urban sludge, so the kiln exhaust gas has complex composition and contains various pollutants. According to the characteristics of waste gas from preheater, the original ESP was transformed into bag filter, and the glass fiber membrane filter bag was used to prevent corrosion of its shell.
