益气活血解毒汤联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效及对血液流变学、血清淀粉样蛋白A、Hcy水平的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with prostaglandin E1 on diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and its influence on levels of hemorheology,serum amyloid A and Hcy

目的观察益气活血解毒汤联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效及对血液流变学、血清淀粉样蛋白A(A-SAA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将118例糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为2组,对照组59例给予前列腺素E1治疗,研究组59例给予益气活血解毒汤联合前列腺素E1治疗,2组均持续治疗2周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后血液流变学指标及血清A-SAA、Hcy水平。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血沉及血清A-SAA、Hcy水平均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05),红细胞变形指数均较治疗前显著升高(P <0. 05),且研究组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血沉及血清A-SAA、Hcy水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),红细胞变形指数显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论益气活血解毒汤联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著,能明显改善血液流变学指标,降低血清A-SAA、Hcy水平。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with prostaglandin E1 on diabetic patients with coronary heart disease and its effects on the levels of hemorheology,serum amyloid A（ A-SAA） and homocysteine（ Hcy）. Methods 118 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. 59 patients in the control group were treated with prostaglandin E1,59 patients in the study group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with prostaglandin E1. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The blood rheology indexes and serum A-SAA and Hcy levels were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The high blood viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum A-SAA and Hcy levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,red blood cell deformation index was significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,and the high blood viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum A-SAA,Hcy levels were significantly lower and the red blood cell deformation index was significantly higher in the study group than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with prostaglandin E1 is effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve hemorheology and reduce serum A-SAA and Hcy levels.
