摘要
目的分析双歧杆菌三联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者免疫功能及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法选择溃疡性结肠炎患者120例为研究对象,将入选患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪治疗,对照组仅给予美沙拉嗪治疗,连续治疗30 d。观察2组患者的临床效果,治疗前后炎症因子水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、乳酸以及二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平变化情况。结果观察组用药后总有效率为95. 55%,明显高于对照组的78. 33%(P <0. 05);治疗后2组溃疡性结肠炎活动指数评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均明显下降(P均<0. 05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组IL-10水平均明显上升(P均<0. 05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组乳酸和DAO水平均明显下降(P均<0. 05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎可提高临床疗效,有效改善患者免疫功能以及肠黏膜屏障功能,具有较佳的临床推广应用价值。
Objective It is to study the effect of bifidobacterium triple viable tablet combined with mesalazine on immune function and intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 120 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected as the subjects. All the selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable tablet combined with mesalazine. The control group was treated with melatonin only. Both groups were treated for 30 days. The clinical effect,changes of the levels of inflammatory factors,T lymphocyte subset,lactic acid and DAO were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results The effective rate was 95. 55% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group( 78. 33%)( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the scores of ulcerative colitis activity index and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the level of IL-10 in both groups was significantly increased,while the levels of lactic acid and DAO were significantly decreased in both groups( P〈0. 05),and the decrease or increase in the observation group was more significantly than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable tablet combined with mesalazine can improve the clinical efficacy,regulate the level of inflammatory factors,improve intestinal mucosal barrier function in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,it is worthy of clinical application.
