积雪草苷片口服联合地龙提取液外洗治疗局限性硬皮病疗效及对S100A8、S100A9的影响

Effect of asiaticoside tablets combined with earthworm extract on localized scleroderma and its influence on S100A8 and S100A9

目的观察积雪草苷片口服联合地龙提取液外洗治疗局限性硬皮病患者的疗效及对钙粒蛋白A (S100A8)、钙粒蛋白B(S100A9)的影响。方法将116例局限性硬皮病患者随机分为2组,对照组58例给予积雪草苷片口服治疗,研究组58例给予积雪草苷片口服联合地龙提取液外洗治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。记录2组治疗前后关节功能积分、关节痛积分和皮肤硬度积分,评定2组治疗后临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后血浆S100A8、S100A9水平和血常规。结果治疗后,2组关节功能积分、关节痛积分和皮肤硬度积分均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05);研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组血浆S100A8、S100A9水平及血沉(ESR)和嗜酸性粒细胞(EO)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论积雪草苷片口服联合地龙提取液外洗治疗局限性硬皮病疗效显著,同时能降低S100A8、S100A9水平。

Objective It is to investigate approach observe the influence of Objective： To observe the efficacy of asiaticoside tablets combined with earthworm extract in the treatment of localized scleroderma and its effect on calcitonin A （S100A8） and calcitonin B （S100A9）.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with localized scleroderma were randomly divided into 2 groups, fifty-eight cases in control group were treated with asiaticoside tablets orally, and 58 cases in the study group were treated with asiaticoside tablets combined with earthworm extract, the 2 groups were treated for 3 months. The joint function score, joint pain score and skin hardness score of the 2 groups before and after treatment were recorded, the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups after treatment was evaluated, the levels of plasma S100A8, S100A9 and blood routine were measured before and after treatment in the 2 groups.Results After treatment, the joint function score, joint pain score and skin hardness score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （all P 〈0.05）, and the scores of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （all P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of S100A8, S100A9, ESR and EO in plasma were significantly lower than those before treatment in the both groups （all P 〈0.05）, and the the levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Asiaticoside tablet combined with earthworm extract is effective in the treatment of localized scleroderma. At the same time, it can reduce the level of S100A8 and S100A9.
