摘要
目的探讨焦点解决模式对急诊护士焦虑及工作投入的影响。方法招募2014年1—6月郑州市6家三级医院急诊科82名存在焦虑的护士,按随机数表法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(40例)。对照组护士接受常规心理指导,观察组护士在常规心理指导的基础上接受焦点解决模式干预。比较两组护士干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和工作投入量表(UWES)评分。结果干预后,观察组SAS评分低于对照组,观察组UWES各维度评分及总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论焦点解决模式可缓解急诊科护士的焦虑情绪,提高工作投入度。
Objective To explore the effect of solution -focused approach on anxiety and job involvement of emergency nurses. Methods Eighty- -two emergency nurses who suffered anxiety were recruited in the emergency departments from six three -level hospitals in Zhengzhou from January of 2014 to June of 2014, which were divided into two groups randomly, named control group(42 cases) and observation group(40 cases). The nurses in control group received routine psychological care, and the nurses in observation group received the intervention of solution - focused approach on the basis of the routine psychological guidance. The scores of self - rating anxiety scale(SAS) and work engagement scale(UWES) were compared respectively in two groups. Results After the intervention, the score of SAS in observation group was lower than that of control group, and the score of each dimension in UWES and total score in observation group were higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Solution - focused approach could alleviate the anxiety of emergency nurses and improve the degree of job involvement.
