全面从严治党向纵深发展,需要多元素组合作用。从十八大以来成功的经验和做法中总结抽象,从许多独特的因素中分析梳理,把握规律,探寻前路,应当将拓展战略纵横、把握战略方向、积累强大动能,作为管党治党的必要前提;还需将持续信仰引导和责任担当作为思想和组织的重要保障;注重纪律建设这个重要的操作平台,通过标本兼治的综合治理方式,提高管党治党效能,深化全面从严治党。

Deep development of full and strict governance over the Party requires combined efforts of multiple factors. Laws and projections concluded from successful experiences and measures since the 18th Party congress and drawn from analysis of many special factors indicate that the extension of strategic dimensions, grasp of strategic orientation, and accumulation of forceful energy should be taken as prerequisites for Party management and governance; continuous belief guidance and accountability should be taken as important safeguard for ideology and organization; discipline building should be taken seriously as a key operational platform to raise improve the effectiveness of Party management and governance and deepen full and strict governance over the Party through a comprehensive governance method against both the symptoms and root causes.
