股骨头坏死应用依降钙素联合活血健骨片的临床效果及对血钙、血磷及空骨陷窝率的影响

The Clinical Effect of Application of E-calcitonin Combined with Huoxue Jiangu Tablets and Its Effect on the Serum Ca,P and Empty Lacunae in Patients with Femoral Head Necrosis

目的:探究股骨头坏死(ONFH)经依降钙素与活血健骨片联合治疗的效果及对血钙、血磷及空骨陷窝率的影响。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年10月收治的90例ONFH患者进行分析,均予以依降钙素及活血健骨片进行治疗,观察临床疗效,比较治疗前后血钙、血磷水平,以及Harris评分、空骨陷窝率。结果:90例患者经治疗后,总有效率为97.77%;治疗后血钙(2.24±0.34)mmol/L与血磷(0.22±0.05)mmol/L,水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后空骨陷窝率(14.57±2.79)%,与治疗前相比低(P<0.05);畸形(3.12±0.34)分、疼痛(40.38±0.86)分等Harris评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后血浆黏度(2.01±0.22)m Pa·s等血流动力学指标水平均较治疗前优(P<0.05)。结论:ONFH患者经活血健骨片及依降钙素协同治疗,能够提升临床疗效,改善血钙、血磷水平。

Objective：To investigate the effect of combination of Calcitonin and Huoxue Jiangu Tablet on the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head（ONFH） and its effect on the level of serum calcium,phosphorus and empty lacuna.Method：The clinical data of 90 patients with ONFH who were admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 were analyzed.Both of them were treated with Calcitonin and Huoxue Jiangu Tablets.The clinical curative effect was observed.The levels of serum calcium and phosphorus before and after treatment were compared Harris score,empty bone lacuna rate.Result：After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.77%.After treatment,the levels of serum calcium（2.24±0.34）mmol/L and phosphorus（0.22±0.05）mmol/L,were better than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.The bone void ratio after treatment was（14.57±2.79）%,which was lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.The Harris scores of deformities（3.12±0.34） and pain（40.38±0.86）,were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the plasma viscosity（2.01±0.22）m Pa·s and other hemodynamic parameters were better than before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ONFH patients with Huoxue Jiangu Tablets and Calcitonin synergistic treatment,can improve clinical efficacy,improve blood calcium,phosphorus levels.
