足月胎膜早破的分娩方式选择及妊娠结局分析

Analysis of Delivery Way and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Term Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的:探讨足月胎膜早破的分娩方式选择并分析妊娠结局。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年6月笔者所在医院收治的足月胎膜早破孕妇150例作为观察组,并随机选取同时期在笔者所在医院待产的足月正常孕妇100例作对照组,对足月胎膜早破的分娩方式选择及妊娠结局进行分析。结果:观察组孕妇阴道助产及剖宫产发生率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组围产期不良反应总发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:足月胎膜早破提高剖宫产率,且易导致多种母婴不良反应的发生,加大了生产的风险,应加强临床早期宣教及预防措施,保障生产安全及母婴存活率。

Objective：To analysis the delivery way and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with term premature rupture of membranes.Method：150 pregnant women with term premature rupture of membranes from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 100 normal pregnant women with delivery were selected as control group at the same time.The data of delivery way and pregnancy outcome of two groups were collected and analyzed.Result：The vaginal spontaneous delivery rate and cesarean section rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;the total number of adverse reactions in perinatal period of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Term premature rupture of membranes has a negative effect on natural delivery,enhance the cesarean section rate,induce a variety of adverse reactions.Early clinical education and preventive measures should be strengthened to ensure production safety and maternal and child survival.
